Briefly about Petropavl

Petropavlovsk is a city in Kazakhstan, administrative center of North Kazakhstan region. Located on the Ishim river, near the border with Russia. The city is the only in Kazakhstan plant, which produces drilling and other special-purpose machinery for oil companies. The population of 195,2 thousand people, 66,27% Russian, 21.42% of Kazakhs, 3.75% of the Tatars, of 2.97% of Ukrainians.
